Privacy Policy for Chain Reaction Neo

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Chain Reaction Neo (and its ad-free counterpart Chain Reaction Neo+) for mobile devices, which was created by rtv.interactive as a part-time app development project.

1. Information Collection and Use

Chain Reaction Neo does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information of any kind.

The game operates entirely offline and locally on your device. I do not require you to register an account, and I do not collect telemetry, location coordinates, usage details, contacts, or hardware descriptors.

"Storing data = database bills. I'm too cheap for database bills. So your data stays on your device. 😉"

2. Third-Party Services

To support game services, the application may include optional integration with standard services provided by third parties:

• Google Play Services: Used to manage achievements, leaderboards, and cloud saves (if enabled by the user). This service runs under Google's standard privacy policies and uses your Google Account credentials securely.
• Google Play Store Services: Used for license validation, application distribution, and secure in-app purchases (in the case of Chain Reaction Neo+).

I do not have access to, nor do I store, any credentials or account data utilized by these standard third-party services.

3. Children's Privacy

Because my game collects absolutely zero personal information, it is safe for all audiences, including children. I do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe there has been any unintentional data transmission, please contact me immediately.

4. Security

Since the application operates locally on your mobile device, your game state security relies entirely on the built-in operating system sandboxing. No data is stored on remote servers owned or managed by rtv.interactive.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. I will notify you of any changes to my Privacy Policy by posting the new policy on this page and updating the last modified date above.
